4 6oz. sushi-grade tuna filets
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbl. olive oil
1 tbl. red curry paste
4 lime wedges
- Prepare grill.
- Sprinkle fish with salt. Combine olive oil and curry paste; brush over fish.
- Place fish on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 2 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve with lime wedges.
