6 (4 oz.) salmon filets
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1/4 cup stone-ground mustard
1/4 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
1 tsp. minced chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1 tsp. fresh dill
- Place salmon in a foil-lined 15x10 baking pan.
- Combine the mayo, horseradish, mustard, lemon-pepper and chipotle pepper; spread over filets.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with dill.
