Makes 1 cup of marinade (enough for up to 2 lbs. meat)
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbl. honey
1 tsp. fresh ginger root, grated
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
Combine all ingredients in a large ziploc bag and mix thoroughly. Add meat and let sit for 8-12 hours. Grill or broil, disposing of used marinade.
